Cixi City Chenxing Electric Apparatus Co.,Ltd Our factory specialized in processing minor hardware parts. Our products sell to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Taiwan and many other countries and regions. We products endless screw, oil tank, piston, piston rod as well as diverse copper joints and nuts, etc. In order to develop in direction of high precision processing industry our factory invested RMB 2million yuan in 1998 and 1999 on purchasing and install-ling fully automatic machine tools and successfully developed high grade mini-copper inserts also in 1999. October of the same year saw the acceptance by an American company to be a sub-contractor from China mainland to that us factory.
Presently our factory has 8 imported NC machine tools and fully automatic lathes, 3 Chinese (Nanjing-Made) triangular automatic lathes, 36 metered lathes, 1 imported automatic tapping machine, 2 milling machines, 1 universal hydraulic press, 3 Chinese tapping machines, 2 coil thread rolling machines as well as drill-ling machine, universal tool grinders and other auxiliary equipment. For cleaning and packing jobs we have newly installed ultrasonic cleaner, photo-decorating machine and centrifugal drying machine, etc. Thus our machinery-equipment facilities have become further complete and perfected.
Based on the above we also optimize our internal management to growing perfection. Each workshop controls quality by computer system according to technical process flow.
